Return Policy

A Return Authorization (R#) is required for all returns. To obtain a R#, please call AUDIX at 800-966-8261 or email service-audixusa@videndum.com.

 

R#s are valid for 30 days. All returns must be received at Audix within 90 days from the date of purchase. Products and packaging must be in brand new, resalable condition, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products returned in blemished or not brand new, resalable condition, are not returnable, or subject to a 50% restocking fee. Discontinued, special order items, used or modified, or close-out products are not returnable.
